How to Get Back Into the Groove of Work
Just because work is great for the body and mind doesn't excuse the fact that it can be downright difficult to get back into the groove of working after being unemployed for so long. For instance, you might have been a stay-at-home mom for five years and now that your kids are in school, you're ready to go back to work. This is all fine and good until you realize that you don't remember any of your learned skill sets and your old licenses and certifications have expired. If need be, start off the process by taking a class or course in the profession you'd like to become involved. This will allow you to feel prepared for entering the workforce again.
